moonlight - 1watt tube amp project

built into an old dead Univox speaker head i bought at the bins - portland, oregon

powers two vintage crappy speakers for that 60s sound - click here for info

Argon Gas Super Champ

Sort of a clone of the Fender Champ (early no filter version) - has giant output

transformer and a crazy power supply i gutted from some crap eric barbour gave me

powers the super slutty gay cowboy whorehouse speaker seen above - i got the

speaker cab from my friend/local soundguy bruce momich - i added red stain, slut

fabric, gold thumtacks and a big ass nice jensen 13" speaker

Fender CHAMP

Fixed this up for my soundguy friend bruce. changed some capacitors, the pots and put in new tubes

Not to mention washed it and some new knobs - sounds as good as... new!

Tube Screamer / Octiver

This is a hybrid pedal - i built a audio transformer based Octiver and then threw a generic

tube screamer (using some german germanium diodes) before it - sounds most excellent!

heres an mp3 of my genie organ playing through it

Vactrol Compressor

Simple guitar compressor from schematic of John Hollis

CRASH SYNC

Awesome synth/distortion pedal from John Hollis schematic

Here is an mp3 of a roland 606 going through it

Super Teeny Tiny Tube Amp

Wall wart into Transformer power supply boosts up to 120v - Preamp based on Eric Barbour's

12__7 triode preamp schematic found here on this site

OMNI DRIVE

Very versitile pedal I made for my friend Drew Fitzgerald. Via the five red

switches you can 'EMULATE/HARDWARE MODEL' allmost any generic distortion pedal

based on schematic from John Hollis

PAIA WAH PEDAL

here is a very basic and not so good WAH pedal built into an old Paia Kit pedal

LIMEAMP

This is my TEST BENCH amp! I bought the god damn dead old fuck of a speaker cab at a

disgusting shitty thrift store in Portland, Oregon that no longer exists. I guted it and rebuilt it's insides

with a transistor EQ and AMP - does about 2 watts
