Xtacy Under Duress The XTACY Under DURESS was the 1996US tour for Test Department/Sheep On Drugs. Not Breathing joined on for about seven dates of the tour. It was alot of fun and we got to play to some good audiences. The only problem is we had to drive a small car... and it sucked. This tour NB was D.Wright, Droo Fitzgerald and Bruce Brindamour with Ron Chmara playing a few of the dates.
